Didi Ananda Samprajina’ – Interactive Activities
Throughout the camp there will be group activities designed to be both fun and challenging. These activities provide opportunity to learn about oneself and find ways to grow as a member of the Ananda Marga community and the greater human society.
Our goal is to support the internal practice of sadhana with experiences that will give new ideas on how to live a happy, fulfilled life – all the while coming into closer and more clear understanding of ourselves and others.
Sadhana, in its true meaning, requires both internal and external practice. The activities chosen for the Sadhana Camp are focused on both self reflection and learning to apply spiritual principles to daily life, work, and relationships. These special and fun activities are specifically designed to reinforce the concepts you will be learning during the other sessions.
Here are some of the objectives of the activities that we will be doing during this camp:
The hidden power of visualisation
Observing the mind
The art of giving and receiving
Empathy and moving together
Reducing conflicts with others in your life
Second lesson ideation in daily life
Giving trust and deserving to be trusted
Seeing the positive in others
